| I recommend thay you are cautious about 'setting off' labor, particularly with castor oil. If you are looking for natural ways to bring on labor, long walks are perhaps the gentlest but also effective. Sex is also an effective natural way to induce – in fact the gel that Obs use is an artificial version of a substance that occurs naturally in semen. ‘Regular’ sex or even oral sex gets that substance into your system. If you don’t want to go ‘that far’ nipple stimulation can bring on labor.
