Hello...
I was reading about the Brixton contractions and they say that it is when the abdomen becomes hard and then relaxes. I feel movements in different places time to time in my uterus which i can feel even outside if i out my palm on my tummy. Is this Brixton contractions or the movements of the baby? Am quite confused if what i feel is Brixton contractions or the baby is kicking so i can feel it even outside with my palm? |

Sounds like your bub is just letting you know that they are there,by the way it's braxton hicks contractions!  |
