I am having a boy edd 11/7/04 and can't decide on a name. The only name dh and I like is Aden or Aidan. We had our girl name all picked out and of course we are having a boy:) As long as he is healthy, I am happy! Thanks for the help!

Hey there!
Well congratulations on finding out you're having a boy. Even though I'm not having a baby right now (just came to the chat room with other questions)...I've always thought about what I wanted to name my future kids. Just one of those things silly girls do...hehe. I really like the names Devon, Matthew, and Hudson for a boy. Hope you can do something with those.
Ciao!

| Hello, it has come time for my boyfriend and I to start thinking of names as well. I have always had the girls name thought up which is Haylah Brooks. We've been trying to think of a boys name. We have thought about Noah and Aiden (I like this spelling), I also like Riley. Brooks will probably be the middle name for the boy too, it is a family traditional thing since my grandpa, my middle name also. |

Hi,
Congrats on your pregnancy! With deciding on a name, I guess it
depends if you want to go with something trendy or something really different and not too common.
The only thing with the trendy names, is there will be so many other kids with the same name once your son starts school but I guess if you really like a name, who cares.
Boys names that I personally like are Liam, Anthony, James, and Alex,
all pretty common names. |

Thanks for all of your help ladies! Dh and I really like the name Aidan. I think we are sticking with that name as our #1 choice. Aidan John, John is my husband's middle name, his grandfather's name, and his great-grandfather's name. I like the idea of keeping that tradition. Again, thank you for your help!

| Congratulations on your baby boy! I really like your name Aidan John. Did you know Aidan means Fire and John means God is Gracious. If my daughter has a boy (due Dec. 9th) they have Jackson for a boy's name and it is a variation of John and means the same thing. They are undecided about a girls name. But it has always been Jackson Avery for a boy. |

Hi,
Thanks for your input, however, I have a friend who just had a baby and used the name Caleb. Dh and I have pretty much agreed that we will use the name Aidan John. Thank you!
