Hey,
I can relate because when my son was that age he was awake often.....and many of those hours he spent crying because of colic which
lasted 3 months.
You didn't mention colic, but you can hold her, rock her, carry her in a baby sling so she faces your chest, sing to her, put a lullabye cd on for her or some relaxing music.
Read to her while you lie side by side on your bed, take her for walks in her stroller......we were taking my son for walks in his stroller from the time he was a week old, it would relax him and he would fall asleep.
Just enjoy the time you get to spend with her while she is awake because that time will go quickly and before you know it she will be an independent little toddler
