| Hi I have been doing a lot of cramping with sore breasts. I know it is about that time of the month. But I do not usually cramp. If I do happen to be pregnant. What is a good remedy for cramping? |

| The thing I use is a heating pad on low and lay it on my stomach. It works really well. Best of luck if you are or aren't pregnant. |
