Hi, It's hard for me to keep track of when my baby eats, wets, etc. How do you all do it? Thanks.

Why not just keep a small pad of paper in your pocket and write it down?

My first was premature so I had to keep track of her intake so I put up a small dry erase board in a convenient location to keep track and would erase it at the end of the day. Otherwise I just feed on demand when I think they're hungry, ie..cry and always change them right before they have their bottle or sooner if they have a bm or really need it.
