| My little girl is 2 months and can hold her head up alot but not all the time. About what age do they start to have good head control? |

Hi,
I think it's usually between 3-4 months when a baby will have good
head control. We were putting our son in his exersuacer at around 4 months. |

| I think Nikki hit the nail on the head with that one. We used the exasaucer right at four months with my daughter too. |

The most important thing to remember is that babies develop at their own rate. If you think yours should be doing more, talk to you pediatrician. It's not unusual for a two-month-old not to have good neck and head control.
Side note: My son lifted his head off of my shoulder and looked me in the eye on the day he was born. It was the craziest thing to see. He was straining so hard he looked like ET. |
