Well folks, it worked. I'm three weeks pregnant. :) The question is can I continue doing my twice weekly aerobics class?

Thanks,

Me

They say if you worked out pre-preg. that you can continue during, just to take it a little easier. Always consult with your dr. if you have any questions.

I've also heard it's ok to continue, just take it a little easier. For the first 3 months I was pregnant I was doing weight training (lighter than usual though). I only stopped because my sciatic nerve really started bothering me. This week I started walking, but only at a moderate pace. Just don't overdo it and you should be fine! Congrats on being pregnant!
