I was supposed to get my period on wed(oct 27) but all I have done was have a few episodes of spotting(pink and brown) and some cramping, Breast are sore. I have pcos, but have had a regular cycle for the past 9 months. What do you think???? Also did hpt today and it was negative. Do you think that this could be implantation bleeding? :?: [/img]

I would wait a day or two and take another hpt if you still think you might be pregnant. Otherwise, a blood test is the only way to tell for sure. I was also diagnosed with pcos and was on Clomid in order to become pregnant. I had some very strange cycles where I would have sworn that I was pg but it was just my body doing strange things. I understand your frustration as I went through the same thing at times. I would give it a couple more days and see what happens.

I personally would suggest calling your dr.'s office and asking for a blood test. That is the best way to be 100% sure since it can show HPT levels sooner than an at home test. Then you can know for sure and not have to wonder.

If you don't mind, how is your pcos being treated? My sister has it, and couldn't get pregnant for 12 years. Now she has 7yo twins, 5yo boy and 2yo girl, also an adopted 18 yo with her own baby. Has the dr. tried putting you on metformin? I am diabetic and that enabled me to get pregnant this time on birth controll. It helps with insulin resistance, also.
