The rigorous debate in our culture about gender roles is going on for ages now; including the pivotal role mother and father play in raising their children. The raising of a child by a mother and father is totally different.

In absence of even one of parent can create problems in child’s life. According to scientific study children whose fathers are not active in their lives, find higher probability of mental, emotional and social problems.

Boys without the substantial presence of a father are 70 percent more likely to commit violent crimes, and each year spent without a dad in the home increases the odds of future incarceration by 5 percent.

This study doesn’t indicates that every father( or mother) is good for a child nor there is any fault in being a single parent.
