Hello Alesha and welcome to the board.

It is difficult to say whether you have had a miscarrgae. From your message it doesn't look like you did a pregnancy test?

However, even though cycles can be regular, sometimes they can also be late or early.

The only thing I can say is that I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks pregnant. I did take a home test and it was positive. However, when I started to bleed I had horrible bad cramps and lost lots and lots of blood and clots. It was quite painful and heavy and totoally different from my normal period. So what I am trying to say is, is that if I hadn't taken a test and was 3 weeks late and started to bleed, there was deffinitely more blood lost and more pain than with any other period so I would have had an idea, if you know what I mean.

Hope this helps

Amelia
