The front is supposed to be lower than the back, so you should switch it around. It will work much better!

I can't put him in the other way because the leg holes are funny and won't let me. I thought that maybe it was that way so that he couldn't lean or tip forward too much. But he is six months old and the box says for 4 mo and up. A 4 mo old would really be too short for it.

Did it come put together already? I am able to take mine apart if I need to. It is very easy to do.

Remember I have a hefty girl too :) Last time I weighed Lily she was up to 19 lbs. I think it is usually 25 lbs and I expect Lily to start evening out on weight since she is moving around and burning calories I suggest the jumparoo. I wish I had gotten that rather than the hop n pop. Oh well :) Have him buy you won't, he won't be wasting his money unlessw she absolutly hates it
