Well, first, thank goodness it's only nine months!

Make sure there's nothing in your diet that triggers your mood swings. Some people even keep mood diaries to try to pinpoint the times when their moods fluctuate the most. That could help you to head them off early before they get out of hand. Sometimes knowing is half the battle.

Try lighting a scented candle in a cool, quiet room where you can relax and breathe deeply for 15-20 minutes when you're feeling stressed.

If all else fails try to remember that it will pass, and you can get through it.

33momtobe... I know how you feel. People complain about the morning sickness and everything else (which can be bad) but my mood swings are horrible. I cry at the littlest thing and I have just been so irratated with EVERYONE latley which isn't good seeing how I am a waitress and when you are crabby, you don't make the best tips!

Carch Nachos, maybe near to the point.

Mood swings are hormonal. So there is a hormonal imbalance. And food can have a lot to do with it. You should refine your diet and see whether there are chemicals in the food that is causing this, or any drinks.
