Hey Jill,
You are about 2 and a half months. At your next doc appt they should weigh you, do a urine test, you'll hear the heartbeat and I think that is it. Pretty uneventful in the beginning!! You probably will start showing in a few weeks (well anytime)!! Yes, so some cramping is normal as long as it is not constant and severe and there is no bleeding.
Hope I helped!!

I bought this great book called What to expect when you are expecting. It is great. it goes month by month telling you everything for symptoms you are having or will be having, what to expect at your next doctors appointment, how your baby is developing, and answers many many questions. It is the best $10 I have ever spent. I got it at walmart and recommend it to everyone! :D
