I am 7 weeks and it's just coming to me now. I feel sick off and on all day. I usually don't actually throw up, but I did last night. And I usually feel worse after a meal. So today I am going to try eating small snacks all day. See if that helps.

Ginger Ale helps and taking prenatals at night. Along with your prenatals buy Vitamin B6 (50mg) and take that everynight with your prenatals. It really helped me. That is the extra vitamin they put into the morning sickness prenatals for people who have bad morning sickness. There is already some B6 in your normal prenatals but you need more. As soon as I started taking that, I felt a ton better and my sickness was gone within a day.

Congrats on your pregnancy. Sorry I don't have any tips for. Nothing worked for me and my second was so much worse than my first. The only thing that was slightly better was the 2nd time I took over the counter prenatal and those were so much better.
