1. sitting up all by themselves (Lily Can sit by herself now but can "get there by herself")
2. laughing (3 months before a "real" laugh)
3. rolling front to back (3 months)
4. rolling back to front (she still refuses this one!)
5. holding bottle (yeah right, we try but she's to lazy)
Every child develpoes differntly though, some do things earlier and some later. The books only give you guidelines and averages. |

1. sitting up all by themselves- he started to sit at 5 months, but only for a few seconds. At 6 months, now he can sit for about 5 minutes by himself.
2. laughing - um, i think he started lauging at about 2-3 months.
3. rolling front to back - just under 4 months.
4. rolling back to front - 5 months.
5. holding bottle - at around 5 months he started too, but he usually forgets and lets go. Most of the time, I still hold it, but he likes to "help." |

1. Started to sit around 5 months, at 6 months can totally sit up for about 10 min by himself (if he doesn't try to see what is going on behind him, which he does often)
2. laughing 3 months
3. rolling front to back - 4 1/2 months
4. rolling back to front - about one week later
5. holding bottle - he plays with it but does not hold it high enough to drink out of...but he is breastfed most of the time
Jake was almost 1 month early.
