I may possibly be pregnant..?!?!.I need help understanding some things! My husband and I had intercourse (no birth control) on March 27...two days later I felt a sharp twinge that i think was ovulation. Now (Apr. 1) I am definitely ovulating ( I know this because of discharge). Is it possible that I could get pregnant or already be pregnant? I have heard that sperm can survive for a few days, so is it really possible that I could conceive or already have conceived? Has any one else ever experienced this "waiting time" or uncertainty? Confused I will not know for sure for a couple of weeks but I just have a "feeling" that I could be pregnant, but i don't know if it is just wishful thinking. We are not ttc, but I guess the thought of possibly having a child excites me. Please someone write back! (BTW, my period is supposed to be here March 16). Exclamation

I had to take a week break between birth control methods. I had unprotected sex and felt exactly like you do now. I could remember thinking about it right after and couldn't get that thought and feeling out of my mind for anything. I was pregnant. Don't dismiss your (very keen)intuitions. Although it only takes a week off the guessing game there are early pregnancy tests on the market now. If at all possible make the earliest appointment possible for a blood pregnancy test at your doctors office. It's the earliest and most accurate test you can take. Good luck and I can't wait to hear the results. Very Happy
