Okay...hope this doesnt sound crazy, but im having like these jolts of energy in my lower abdomen.  ..its almost like a shock, it only lasts for a couple seconds...and its only once or twice a day..
is this normal??? or is something wrong?
please help

| is it painful? and how far along are you? if its not painful and your atleast 18 weeks along, what you could be feeling is your baby's first movements |

| If you arn't far enough along to feel the baby, it could also be your uterus stretching. |
