I am supposedly 8 weeks pregnant now. Last week (Thursday) I started to bleed like a heavy period. I passed some blood clots, but the ER doc didn't seem too concerned. I left there that night with the diagnosis of a threatened miscarriage. The next day they did an ultrasound on me - they could not find a heartbeat. The hormone in my blood dropped 15%, so the doc said I probably miscarried but he wanted me to take the blood test again in 48 hours. I did.....it raised on the second test by 10%. I remember him saying the first test in the ER was 152 something and then the second test was 132 something and then the third test was 146 something. I went in for a transvaginal ultrasound today. Today they saw a sac, but no baby. Since Thursday I have had no bleeding, no spotting, no cramping.....still having morning sickness and all that jazz though. I am so confused and frustrated. They say I have to wait a week to perform the ultrasound again because they possibly think they have my dates wrong even though the blood hormone says that I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Has anyone heard of something like this before? Could it be a molar pregnancy? HELP!! I can't take this emotional roller coaster that the navy docs have put me on - hurry up and wait is their motto. UGH!!!

Just wanted to let you know to keep your head up high. i've been there before and ended up with a healthy baby boy
