| I had a beautifull baby boy on September 13. He is now almost 2 weeks old. I had planned to breast feed but he was not latching on properly when we were in the hospital. The lactation nurse came in to help the both of us out (we were both new to this) she later told me that he was tongue tied. Due to him being tongue tied he can not latch on properly he can not breast feed. I have been pumping tirelessly for the past almost 2 weeks. He eats tons and it seems like I just am not producing enough milk for him...HE IS ALWAYS HUNGRY Should I go forward and have his tongue clipped?? I do not want to quit pumping, as much as I would like to because of how important breast milk is to a child?? does any one have any advice for me??? please email any information to pipertuff@adelphia.net |
