Once she hit about 2 - 2 1/2 months (I can't remember).It FREAKED me out the first time because my natuarl alarm clock got me up at the time she always woke up, and when she didn't I kept going in to make sure she was breathing! I did that for a few nights and my body said forget it and I finally slept through the night to. Now she knows her schedule because it has always been that way. She goes down at 7:00 p.m and she wakes up between 6:00 and 7:00 A.M. Thats why it is good to get them started on a schedule because they seem to just "get it". I can't wait to be able to have a good sleep I would pay... If I had a dime for every time I've yawned in the past 3 weeks I would be rich! HAHA! If only! And I can't take naps in the middle of the day either, I'm one of those "once I'm up, I'm UP" people. Even with a full nights sleep because once they sleep through the night they start to wear you out physically! At least that is the case for me! I have no problems falling to sleep at night because she just drains me during the day! I can't even imagine how it is with 2 of them running around!!!
