I'll bet a lot of people call it something different.
We went upstate to stay by my girlfriends right before I had Payton, her son is a few months younger then Mikey. So it was almost time for the boys to go to bed and I said to Mikey where is your doodad. Cory my girlfriends son started pointing at his winky. Gina laughed so hard she was crying. They call her son's winky a doodad. So when I was asking where the doodad was he thought I was talking about his winky. LOL!! |

| I've never even heard it called a winky. We always called it a birdie in my family, ha ha ha! How funny is it that people have all these names for things and it confuses the kids? I would have been dying if I saw him pointing at himself! |

Lily is fine, just lots of mucus. The doc gave her a decongestant, hopefully it will help |

| She woke up 3 times coughing so I ran in there as soon as I heard her coughing, before she could "wake up" fully and patted her back to sleep. The binky does not work since she can't breath through her nose. We will see how tonight goes. Hopefully the decongestant the doc gave me will work better than the over the counter kind |

Looks like someone is going to sleep well tonight! My husband just brought home her prescription from the doc and the side of the box says "may cause Drowsiness". My baby will get some much needed rest |

How did the "may cause drowsiness" medicine work? What is it? My doctor gave us cardoc drops and they say may cause drowsiness. Well, they only cause drowsiness when you are holding the baby. As soon as you put the baby down they make him jittery and wake him up. I cannot even count the number of times that I got punched and kicked last night...it was like a funny reflex in his arm and it just kept going and going like the energizer bunny! Not good at 3 in the morning! |

| worked like a charm and I am to give it to her 4 times a day so she is getting some much needed rest. It is Caraxfeed RF oral drops, and antihistamine/decongestant. Basically sudafed for babies. |

| THat sounds like the stuff Payton was on. Except it didn't really make her tired or help the cough |
