| one thing you can try is to eat a banana before you go to bed, or anything with high levels of potassium in it. potassium should help with body aches and pains, also ask your doc if you can do a short walk a few times a week...good luck! |

I am 29 weeks pregnant and I've had no cramps except like calf cramps two or three times. I like to do a work out tape called "FitMoma"! This is a wonderful video! It helps you stretch to keep from getting cramps.... helps you breathe to get more air to the baby (and it makes you feel SOOO much more relaxed and better!), and to help you excercise your muscles. It has four sections on it... Salsa Dancing (this helps you breathe, stretch and make room for baby)... Yoga (which helps you stretch muscles and burn fat)... Delivery and Labor Prep (which helps you with breathing, stomach muscle contractions, and keeping your pelvic floor open for delivery)... I'm not sure the last section's name right now (it is used to help stretch major parts of your body that aches and hurts during pregnancy). Also, drink plenty of water and try to eat more bananas. I also like to take a small walk each day! These are wonderful ways to help YOU feel better during the pregnancy and it helps the health of the baby! GOOD LUCK!! IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK!!! |
