| Hi I was wondering if I could have a baby. I have irregular periods I will go months and months with out one. (the last one I remember is the first of June)I go about 5-8 months in between each period and they are always really lite. when I do get them.I never get cramps and they only last about 2-3 days sometimes 4. And I have been to the dr. a long time ago. He tried to get my periods so that they would come every month but even that did not work. The other thing is that about 5 years ago I had a miscarriage. And the dr. told me that I have endometriosis. So is it possible that I can still have a baby please help me with this thank you, Jenni |

| I'd advise seeing a specialist in fertility. They are called Reproductive Endocrinologists. They can clear the endometriosis for you and help jump start your periods. Most ob/gyn's lack the training in treating most cases of fertility problems. |

You're ovulating so, yes you could have a baby. However the odds may not be in your favor.
My SIL has been TTC for over three years. She has severe endometriosis. She's tried IUI, IVF, old fashioned sex. So far nothing has taken. I'm not saying that this is how it will be for you, but there is a possibility. Consult with a doctor and see what can be done.

| I would go to another dr and talk to him about it. I dont know much about endometriosis, but I to had irregular AF after I had my DD who is 4 now and the only thing I needed to do to make them regular again was to loose some weight, and it worked I have been regular since June and just found out yesterday I am 6 wks along! So I would talk to a dr that is the best thing to do! BABY DUST! |

it took a friend of mine 10 looong years to fall,even after she had sugery for endometritus but she did fall eventually , so chin up it will happen !!!  |
