Taking your basal body temperature at the same time every morning can also help pinpoint Ovulation and can give you an idea when you are at your most fertile.

thank you for this bit of info i have done the basal temp thing every morning and the cervix mucus tests. i guess i just need to be patient. its just all of our friends have babies or are pregnant and i just want my turn i guess. my husband and i are very young. he had his vasectomy when he was 19 unfortunatly i was not with him at the time but i cant blame him for that though. plus i have endometrosis not bad though. i just really want to start a family with my husband!! Very Happy

Yeh being patient is surely the hardest thing of all Smile
Also increased CM can be a sign of pregnancy too so thats something to keep an eye on.
All the best and I hope you wait is a short one!
