Hi I was just wondering if any of you ladies have tried Vitex or chaste tree pills. I went off bc a few years ago and I have had irregular periods so I did a little research online and ordered vitex pills and I have been taking them for a few months since Dec. 05 and I have had regular periods. I am not looking to get pregnant right now, I am a student and am trying to finish school first before I start a family. So i was just wondering if anyone has tried this and has gotten pregnant, how long they were on it before their cycles went back to normal or just any feedback about vitex... Let me know what you guys think or any personal accounts... ~Thank You~

Vitex is an herb that is used for various reasons. One is to regulate cycles. My advice to you is to be careful when taking just one supplement. Too much is not good either.

You may want to try a product that is like a multi vitamin for fertility. FertilAid is a product like that. It contains Vitex and other herbs/vitamins that are known to enhance fertility.
