My 15 month old daughter eats like a bird!! I'm half scared she isn't getting enough to eat and not enough nutrients. She doesn't seem to like what used to be her favorites that she would eat for sure every time. She won't let us feed her anything anymore (well, hardly ever) and anything too messy that isn't easy to pick up, she just plays with and doesn't eat. I feel like I feed her the same things all the time. Any ideas will be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Terri

My son used to eat like a champ, and then he got picky!! I think all kids go through this...at least that is what I'm told constantly!! LOL!! The only advice I can offer is to keep trying different kinds of food. My son eats chicken strips and macaroni almost every night for dinner...he won't eat almost anything we are eating except spaghetti!! Suddenly...he doesn't even want the chicken strips anymore!! So we are at our wits end about feeding him. In your case, since you are worried your child isn't getting enough to eat...ask the doc. I think as long as they are growing normally and are healthy...they are getting enough!!

Hope this helps!!

Hugs,

Beth

I've determined from my own research that toddlers don't actually NEED food!

Seriously, it's very common for kids that age to not eat a lot. I've heard people say that if they can get one decent meal per day, they'll be fine. Heck, I heard one person say if they can get one decent mean per WEEK, they'll be fine Smile
