Obviously my husband and I are TTC and y'all have been successful in your attempts to get pregnant. Is there any advice you could give us in how to be successful in our journey to conceive our first child? Or is there anything out there that might up our odds in TTC?

Any advice, comments, or tips are most welcome.

Thank you all in advance.

*hugs*

Have you started tracking your ovulation and doing all the temp taking and such?

Yes, but since getting off the Depo (November) since January AF been over 20 days straight... so dunno if it does any good at this point.

Didn't know if there was something I could do to get my system on track to be able to track O and AF and all.

btw, what is the difference between a regular electronic thermometer and a BBT?

Thanks.

First I just want to say good luck. I tried for almost 2yrs for my 1st and when I gave up & was going to see a specialist that is when I conceived. So my only advice I can give is to try to be stress free and not concentrate on it so much. I think stress plays a huge part in it. So 2nd time around I wasn't worried about conceiving because I thought it would take yrs again due to complications from 1st but it only took 2mos.

Thanks Mom of 2 for your reply.

Its just that I wonder if there is something I can eat or take or drink that will either stop current AF or jump start my AF back on a normal track ( minus the obvious BC - due to TTC).

Answers to these types of questions would be awesome.

Thanks.
