Hi,

I'm in my 8th week of pregnancy and I was just wondering if everything I'm experiencing is 'normal'.

I have had slight stretching sensations and very slight carmps. All I have read about this suggests its normal and that it is just the womb stretching. Has anyone any advice or felt the same?

Many thanks,
Vicky

You'll get alot of weird aches and pains during your pregnancy. Try reading up on Round Ligament Pain. I'm sure everything's fine but if you are really concerned talk to your doc about it for some reasurrance

It is common in pregnancy. Last month I was hurting and cramping so bad that I could not walk. I went to the ER and they said it was normal and it was just my body stretching. She told me to lay in the bed and prop feet up or either put a heating pad down there.

Hey Vicky!!!
Congratualtions on being pregnant. Totally common. I had that with my first pregnancy. I was so nervous I drove my doctor crazy. He kept saying it's my body making room for the baby. If it helps you any I didn't have any of that with my second prengancy. My sister in law is about 17 weeks pregnant and she's having the same thing.
