The cm you are talking about it egg white (ewcm)...this is the most fertile cm there is. The last day of your ewcm is your most fertile day. The egg can live from 6-24 hours, but usually only about 12 hours. I would for sure bd tonight and even tomorrow if you are trying to conceive.
