: Hi, Blood during pregancy could be nothing or something, you should always be alarmed. See your doctor asap!! This way they can scan you and make sure your not having a misscarrage. Or its just implant bleeding (when the baby attachs it self to your womb) I hope everything is ok!! But always see your doctor if you bleed during your pregnancy it will put your mind at ease.

hi. generally cramping and bleeding is not normal. however my mother had bleeding all through her pregnancy and did not know she was pregnant until like 6 months. anyway, check with your doctor immediatley.
