Are you completly sure that you miscarried the baby?

: : Hi,

: : I recently had a miscarriage, less than a week now at twelve weeks. I was seen by a doctor in the emergency room who inform me that based on the transvaginal ultrasound and his examination that I had a complete abortion. However, I was seen by my OB/GYN two days after my visit to the emergency room and he said the same thing. The problem lies where after my follow up visit with the OB/GYN, I was called by one of his nurses to inform me that my blood work showed signs of a pregnancy and that they have scheduled me for another sonogram. I am confused, because I was hoping that they would have done a d&c, but the OB/GYN said that he did not see the need for one at that time. I was still feeling pain in my lower abdomen at nights, for the last few nights, at which time I realised that that the bleeding was a little heavier. What do I do, because I am worried, I do not want to riun my chances of concieving and giving normal birth. Please help.
