Hi Isabel,
I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of your baby, I can only imagine how sad you feel.
Was this your first pregnancy? I have heard that miscarriages can be quite commom with a first pregnancy.
Just know that it was not your fault. From what I've read, sometimes when there is some sort of problem with the baby and something is not quite right, your body will terminate the pregnancy.
I'm sure when the time is right you will give birth to a beautiful, healthy baby.
