This happens to all kids when a second baby comes into the scene, not only to those with ADHD. My friend is dealing with the same problems right now. Her daughter was actually very excited about "her baby", when the baby was born, he even gave her a present (my friends came up with the idea, so she would be happy about the baby). But as soon as they went home, everything went sour. She threw things at the baby, hid the baby's pacifier, screamed everytime the baby cried, had several tamtrums and etc... It took several months before she was used to her little brother. You will have to deal with it if it happens and make sure your daughter gets enough attention when the new baby is here. My friend said having dad spend more time with her daughter helped a lot.
