: I am very worried because I am approximately four weeks pregnant and I do not have this implantation stretching pain that everyone else seems to have experienced. Also, my breasts were very tender at first and now they are still swollen but are hardly tender at all! My nausea has also diminished a great deal. Does this mean that maybe I have an ectopic pregnancy or that something else could be wrong?
I just found out I am expecting baby #2. The first pregnancy I was nearly 9 weeks when I found out. I never felt pregnant. Right now I am 5 weeks and I already feel pregnant. Maybe it is in my head, but I now have those stretching feelings in my stomach and my breasts are tender. The feelings you had that diminished will come back, so be happy for the time being! Last time I didn't have anything other than cramping around 8 weeks. I am sure everything is fine. Good luck to you... and congratulations!
