I never experienced implantation stretching pain. My boobs didn't get tender 'til I was several months preg. I didn't experience nauseau with both my kids until 7-9wks. If it was ectopic then you would eventually experience severe pains and/or bleeding. I think you sound 'normal' to me. Relax and enjoy your preg. and congratulations.
