That implantation pain happened a lot later than 4 weeks for me for first baby, and not at all for second. and my breast tenderness did not last either. Don't worry, try to relax, all is good!

: I am very worried because I am approximately four weeks pregnant and I do not have this implantation stretching pain that everyone else seems to have experienced. Also, my breasts were very tender at first and now they are still swollen but are hardly tender at all! My nausea has also diminished a great deal. Does this mean that maybe I have an ectopic pregnancy or that something else could be wrong?
