Zoloft and pregnancy

Hi,

Has anyone out there been on Zoloft during their entire pregnancy? With my first child (now 4) I had severe OCD and was highly anxious. Needless to say, I gained 20 lbs and he was a month early. He's doing fine,now. I want to have another child, but I don't want to go through the OCD episode. I've been on 100 mg for four years, and I have no side effects from it:)
