I don't have experience with taking Zoloft during pregnancy - but I had ppd for 2 and a half years after my son was born (and took Zoloft). From what I understand, Zoloft is safe for pregnancy. However, I am sure they would encourage you not to take any meds during pregnancy but, if not taking Zoloft will cause you harm - you need to be on it.
