NewsGroups

You have to configure your browser correctly to access these newsgroups directly by clicking on them.
 
For example, in Netscape 3.0:
Choose Options, Mail and News Preferences.
Fill in the appropriate News (NNTP) Server (probably the same as or similar to your Mail Server).
If a newsgroup is not be supported by your News Server you will not be able to access it.
