Thank you so much for your help and advice. Our GI specialist actually did all the paperwork for us and wrote a letter as well explaining our daughter's case but it did not help. I informed the doctor about Guardian's decision so she is going to send a new letter. I really hope that this will work.
I heard that in MA, there is a law that states that MA based insurance companies are required to cover Neocate. I read that NY state has the same law and Guardian is NY based. Have you heard anything about this?

Thanks again for your help. I feel less alone and you gave me the strenght again to keep on fighting.
