Hi, I hope that the new letter works for you. I am in PA, and I went thru the ringer to get this covered, but it never happened. I could have written my senator, and state representatives, etc., but I just didn't have the time, nor did I feel like continuing to fight, so I paid the ridiculous price. I have not heard that any of the states are required to pay. I have heard of a group of moms trying to pass legislature on trying to get states paid. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and they would not budge. Good luck...if you get it, let us know!!! : Hi Debbie, : Thank you so much for your help and advice. Our GI specialist actually did all the paperwork for us and wrote a letter as well explaining our daughter's case but it did not help. I informed the doctor about Guardian's decision so she is going to send a new letter. I really hope that this will work. : Thanks again for your help. I feel less alone and you gave me the strenght again to keep on fighting. : V

: I heard that in MA, there is a law that states that MA based insurance companies are required to cover Neocate. I read that NY state has the same law and Guardian is NY based. Have you heard anything about this?
