excessive gas in breast fed 5 week old baby

My daughter has so much gas. This is my 3rd breast fed baby and the other 2 did not have this. I have asked the pediatrician and he said just an immature system. She is so smelly and seems really uncomfortable????I am not eating excessive amounts of anything and she is a great nurser--any advice?
