: I was wondering when you potty-trained your little ones. My daughter just turned 2, and it showing suble signs of interest in the potty. We are also moving to a new home in June, and she will get her "big bed" then too. Is all of these "new transitions" too much for a little one who loves familiarity? Can anyone give advice on how to approach these changes? Or which ones i should do first. Should i keep her in the crib in the new room before i introduce the new bed?? Thanks-

Hi Amy,

DH and I had kind of a similar experience with our son. We just moved into our new home this past July and when we did he went directly into a big boy bed. Also potty training went into affect. This was all while he was almost 3. We acutally started potty training around 2 1/2. and would have had him in the bed early as well if it weren't for being in between houses while ours was being built.

Good luck...I say if she is showing signs of being ready, then go for it! My son did great with it.
