WHAT AGE DOES A CHILD UNDERSTAND TIME OUT AND NEEDS TO SIT IN A CHAIR FOR A CERTAIN LENGTH OF TIME FOR DOING SOMETHING SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE.
IS 18 months TO EARLY
