Hi Sue-
A while back you had posted a question about your diet while you are breastfeeding. I wanted to let you know that I came across a book called The MSPI Guidebook/Cookbook by Tamara Field. It was on the MSPI website. Thinking that it would have recipes that I could make for my one year old, I ordered it through Walmart.com. It turns out that it is actually recipes and substitutions that breastfeeding mothers of MSPI children can consume with less stomach upset to their child.

I wish I would have known about this book eight months ago, maybe I would still be breastfeeding. At least I can use some of the info as a guideline. I hope this helps you. If you can't find it or want more info let me know. Good Luck!!
