I agree, you definately need a new doctor. I would be very upset with them had that been me. Try a walk in clinic if there is one where you are or even the emergency room. Someone will help, especially when you tell them your own doctor said they couldn't do anything for her.
Is she having normal bowel movements? It is just that constipation could be an issue. It happened with my two oldest because they were allergic to their milk.

My youngest is lactose intolerant and gets a lot of pain and discomfort from milk. He is now drinking lactose free milk. The diahrea he was getting from the regular milk has now stopped and he sleeps and eats better because he is no longer experiencing and abdominal discomfort.
