I have a pediatric aerochamber that fits over their nose and mouth. You spray the inhaler into the chamber and they breathe through that 5 times. By the fifth breath, they have recieved the full dosage.. My 2 1/2 year old is scared of the chamber though. He hates it on his face, so he fights hard. lori K
