sorry it took me awhile to respond - we were out of town this weekend and just got back yesterday (1/21/03).
Sounds like Will and Miles are very similar. Will spits up after most feedings - sometimes it looks like he spit up his entire meal and sometimes just a little.
My Ped told me I could start a little bit of rice cereal if this spitting-up continues just to keep his food down. (i guess it give a little weight to the milk) I have to admit, I have not done this yet but I think in the next week or so I will begin.
Since he is still breastfed, I am worried about how to go about this - you said Miles took the spoon pretty well??
Have you traveled overnight with Miles yet? We have gone on a couple of trips with Will and he really does okay but I do have a question: have you noticed and change in sleeping habits with Miles while on your trip. Will does not sleep as well when gone as he does at home. We have tried to take things he likes and recognizes but that doesnt' seem to help. He naps in his P&Play at home but when we go to the grandparent's he hates it. any suggestions?
