Pillow - a flat one at this stage should be fine. My son has had a flat pillow (about 2 inches thick, but soft) since he was 18 months.

Toddler bed - It is best to wait until at least 24 months of age but if the child is falling out because he/she is a climber, then it is safer to have him/her in a toddler bed.

Teeth - Until the age of 4 or 5 it is recommended by dentists that you brush your children's teeth. Teach them how and allow them to do it, but you do it again afterward to be sure they got everywhere.
